It used to be that as you mouse over the 'Prev' or 'Next' buttons at the article or category page bottom, you would see the popup balloon showing the title of the previous or next article names. How do we put this back into effect?
In fact, all around the U.I. both front and back, no longer do I see any or much informative popups. All the former J3 and prior help texts that popped up on mouse-over have seemingly vanished. Why is that? Oh, yeah, too much work.
Well, I have to say, even the forum.joomla.org system has plenty of helpful balloon popups on mouse-over all around the UI.
