Waving the white flag.... I surrender. I am completely baffled. There is no possible way to view subcategories content. J 5.1.1 front end while logged in as Super User. If I login as any of the special access users above Registered there is still no viewing of content just placed in the subcategories. I can see that I have Menus > Categories > Subcategories > Articles. I can see there are content, as the number of articles in each subcategory is showing. Upon clicking the link to see the articles of a subcategory, the response is blank, reading "Content in this category displays for logged in members. If subcategories display on this page, they may have articles." Plus, there is a button to post a new article. Upon doing so, the next new article still does not appear in that respective subcategory even after publishing. Yet if I search for the article title in Search, the article comes up in search results, Then I can open the article from the link inside search results. Once open, at the bottom of the article are the 'previous' and 'next' buttons, whereby I am properly taken backward or forward to those articles in that same subcategory. This matter is totally perplexing and is holding up an important implementation plan. Please help, anyone?
