Unable to reproduce the behaviour in Joomla 5.1.1. Suggest that you update the website to Joomla 5.1.1.
If that does not help, please post the results from the Forum Post Assistant (FPA) by following the instructions at https://forumpostassistant.github.io/docs/ so that the configuration can be reviewed.
